When I was in college the CofC cafeteria had the nickname Cafe Barfe…needless to say, I ate a lot of Ramen, my prefered cooking technique was automatic drip coffee maker. I don’t think the following announcement is for that kind of Ramen. This Friday and Saturday night sample some Ramen at The Remedy Market, a neighborhood pub and super tiny bistro at 162 Spring St in the downtown Charleston Sc Cannonborough neighborhood.
