Ambrosia salad reinvented thanks to the fraternal Lees

Matt and Ted Lee were doing southern food in NYC when it wasn’t yet cool. I guess that is what makes them the unofficial experts on all things culinarily related to the south. What I like about the duo is they have great taste, and an uncanny ability to cut to the chase. That is what they have done beautifully with the Ambrosia recipe linked here.
